Don’t panic. Your product is most likely not defective. The heat of the summer, your car, or even your pocket can warm up the oil and cause it to clog. Follow these steps to unclog your cartridge:

1. Take the cartridge out of the battery. 
2. Clean the bottom of the cartridge.
3. Turn the cart over so that the mouthpiece is facing away from you.
4. Put the cart bottom to your mouth and blow through the bottom of the cart until you either feel air flow through the mouthpiece or you hear it unclog.
5. Attach the battery back to the cart and vape as normal.
