SunMed Growers and Labs sweep the Baltimore Sun’s “Best Of Medical Marijuana” two years running!

Every year the Baltimore Sun hosts the “Best Of Medical Marijuana” competition where Maryland’s patients, advocates and canna-enthusiasts get to vote for their favorite medical cannabis brands and products! And SunMed won!

SunMed Growers and SunMed Labs competed in Categories including “Best Grower”, “Best Flower” and “Best Preroll” for SunMed Growers and “Best Shatter/Wax” and “Best Vape/Cartridge” for SunMed Labs! And we won them all! Not only that, but we are back-to-back winners of the “Best Grower” category for 2022 AND 2023!

It was an honor to be in the running amongst many other amazing MD cannabis companies for industry-wide categories including “Best Dispensary”, “Best Budtender” and even “Best Dispensary Vibe!”

SunMed Growers won the categories of “Best Flower” with our Snoop Dogg OG and “Best Preroll” with our 0.5g 2-Pack!

Never shake or stems - always whole sun-grown bud! When the same quality for flower goes into our pre-pack AND our prerolls – it’s hard to come up short!

Did we mention we won “Best Grower” for our second consecutive year?

SunMed Labs also walked away a big winner! Taking first place in the categories of “Best Shatter/Wax” with our Golden Pineapple Live Resin Batter and “Best Vape/Cartridge” with our Snoop Dogg OG Live Resin Cartridge!

And a special honorary mention goes out to our partners at AIRO for the Black Mamba Pod coming in second place! We count that as a win too!

It means a lot to not only win so many of the individual categories but to win “Best Grower” two years in a row is a huge testament to us as a greenhouse and locally owned company!
